Terrifying and horrifying. Security by means of Kafkaesque misadventure. Torture and stupidity and indifference and all of it wrapped up in a flag. A movie that moves its sickening story forward with purpose and multiple accounts from the people involved.
Technical achievements may well be overlooked by the jaw-dropping tragedy that slowly and unnecessarily unfolds.
