Review of Taxi Driver (1976) by Vincerocks123 — 16 Apr 2015
Definitely tops all best film lists of the 20th Century as well as the best picture winner of the 1976 Cannes Film Festival, Martin Scorsese's anti-hero vigilante masterpiece is still a serious film that must still be taken into account and widely considered as an important film.
A brilliant story of rejection in society, led by anger and a psychotic sense for violence, its a film that will stand the test of time for its significant portrait of Travis Bickle (Robert De Niro), one of the deadliest characters ever brought to cinema.
