"Taxi Driver" is truly one of the greatest films of the 1970s & of all time! Nominated for 4 Oscars including Best Picture (didn't win any), the film features a lot of dramatic tension with morbid aspects; you can see it in the (certain) characters, the plot, the scenery, & the mood.
"Taxi Driver" is, in my opinion, director Martin Scorcese's best film (next to "Hugo")!
