I think this is the only Bollywood sequel I've seen, and it's superior to the original. Kangana Ranaut won the National Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in this movie as well as the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress, and she undoubtedly deserved both awards.

With this movie, she proves that she is one of the best actresses currently in Bollywood. The soundtrack is also fantastic. After Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhanaa, Tanu Weds Manu Returns is director Aanand Rai's third memorable film.
