Hot chicks, malcom mcdowell, and human/kangaroo millitary hybrids, one of which is played by Ice-T, another one that channels the reincarnated soul of Jack Kerouack, unfortunately, when its bad, its REALLY bad.
Definate bonus points for being the most 90's film I think i've ever seen.
