"Tango & Cash" is everything that "Stop Or My Mom Will Shoot" should have been. What it lacks in unoriginality it makes up for in originality. Unoriginality - two dudes have to escape from prison.
Originality - said two dudes are cops. Unoriginality - two cops team up together and tell stupid jokes together. Originality - the two cops somehow end up in a SPOILER ALERT monster truck death derby to break in to the compound of the dude that set them up to go to jail in the first place.
If anything, the action scenes are too few and far between, and it tries just a bit too hard to be funny. Still worth a watch if you aren't expecting much.
