Review of Tango & Cash (1989) by Sam B — 23 Aug 2009
Some great moments in this otherwise mediocre buddy cop movie. I'm, of course, referring to the obligatory topless shot in the parking garage chase scene, the scene where Cash (Kurt Russell) has to dress in drag to evade the cops then continues to wear his dress while seducing Teri Hatcher, any moment where Tango (Sylvester Stallone) threatens to kill Cash if he attempts to date his sister and every time Jack Palance smooshes his pet mice in his hands and rubs them lovingly against his face.
