Review of Tangerine (2015) by Late R — 16 Aug 2017
Unexpectedly great, this gritty and realistic feeling film features a simple story that is made interesting, and even touching, by some very compelling characters and fantastically written dialogue. Incredibly, the whole thing was shot on an iPhone which, in my book, is an amazing technical achievement when you see the results and just goes to show that you need not have all the most expensive cinematic tools to create a unique and rich movie experience.
