Shy, high school, ugly duckling with a penchant for witchcraft killed in a prank gone bad and comes back for revenge. This has been used a decent premise more than once; unfortunately, Tamara is a hackneyed mash up of every bad horror film cliche and there isn't really anything there to save it.
