What?? No Oscar nomination??? Cheadle has been robbed, bruthas!!
This is a fantastic bio-pic of the original shock-jock Petey Green who told it "like it was" and a fascinating, rather moving picture of racial issues in 1970s America from a bracingly different perspective. Cheadle is supported by a perfect ensemble and fantastic cinematography that evokes the era nicely. Killer soundtrack too!
