Review of Talk to Her (2002) by Frank M — 29 May 2008
Thematically, this is the best picture of the decade. The film defies conventional moviemaking with twists in narration that Proust and Balzac would have envied. By the time the final frame hits, one barely has the emotional resources to stomach the finale.
Having said this, I'm not sure I've understood the movie as well as I should have.
