Review of Talk to Her (2002) by Raja N — 20 Apr 2009
No director dares going where Almodovar does, telling such a difficult moving tale that won't be common for everyone to watch.
The screenplay is fabulous, and from what I've seen the actors were expressing their emotions perfectly they just merged the viewer into the story; the tragic and shocking story of a man falling for a vegetative state girl in a coma.
No one with a clear mind will agree with Benigno's actions, but everyone will feel for him and understand him, thanks to Almodovar's storytelling.
