Fantastic material for a documentary but there's a few really irritating choices made by the director.
The "narrative commentary" provided by a deceased person is rather annoying, particularly when the director begins putting words into his mouth.
Also the long, repetitive segments of IM text on a bland background makes far rather uninteresting viewing.
