This is one of those movies that's so bad, it's good. The effects are terrible, there's a ridiculous amount of racism and gratuitous violence and profanity, but somehow, it pretty much works.
You can't expect any miracles, but if you're just looking to be entertained for a couple of hours, this is good enough.
