Review of Tales from the Crypt (1972) by Scott S — 06 Sep 2008
I haven't liked many films from Britain's Amicus studio, but this may be the best of them. I though each of the five stories were all right - a rare feat for anthologies. The wraparound story was not so strong, but it was nice to see Ralph Richardson as the Crypt Keeper.
And of course, Peter Cushing is always great. Still not as good as my personal favorite horror anthology movie -- CREEPSHOW.
