Review of Taking Woodstock (2009) by Sean Michael S — 07 Jun 2012
Those expecting a film about Woodstock will be slightly taken aside by the story's focus on a slightly annoying farm family instead of the music that made those three nights magical. Martin is a good fit as the protagonist Elliot Tiber, though his comedic style is partially out of place in the 60's setting.
Overall an entertaining movie even though it remains mostly lacking in plot, character development, or any new or original additions to the hippie storyline.
