Review of Taking Lives (2004) by John P — 19 Jan 2009
Now the RCMP are in Quebec just as federal law enforcement and the FBI is worldclass when it comes to profiling serial killers. But Quebec is a province in Canada and FBI profilers invited up to help with a Montreal Urban Police/Surete de Quebec investigation of a serial killer would be sitting in a surveilance van while actual sworn-in Canadian police officers tried to arrest the bad guy.
Yet here is Jolie flashing her SIG/Sauer service autoloader around with impunity. Otherwise, it is a treasonable thriller.
