Some of the accents are difficult to make out without closed caption. There's some (not many) decent explosions but no storyline.
They're looking for a boy but don't say why. I understand there's some alien war somewhere but don't know what for.
Acting needs a lot of work and I'd classify it as a standard B movie with a budget to match.
