Come on, this is just not very good. The lighting in some scenes is horrific, the acting in almost all scenes is horrific with minor exceptions, the camerawork is often dizzifying in a bad way, and who likes any of the characters? Even without comparing it to an awesome piece of work like Heat, this movie is bad, until the mindless chase scenes and shootouts, which even then are sometimes spoiled by stupid music.
