Review of Taken 3 (2014) by Blaine G — 29 May 2015
It seems fairly obvious to me that someone had a script really similar to The Fugitive, and the producers decided to use it to extract more money out of the Taken franchise. Then, there was another bright idea: get even more people to watch with a PG13 rating.
If people still bought videos, this would probably sit in line with all the direct to video releases: not as terrible as it's ratings make it out to be, but you sure as hell shouldn't have paid theatre prices to see it.
