Review of Taken (2004) by Oscar C — 10 Mar 2014
This movie headed by any other lead could have been pure rubbish. Just imagine this movie with Gerard Butler or Jason statham? Nothing against those guys, but this movie is owned by Neeson, and there isn't another actor who could pull it off: gruff but sympathetic, uncompromising but relatable, tough as nails but not invincible: you feel those punches along with him.
