Review of Take This Waltz (2011) by Rodney S — 28 Sep 2012
The movie seemed to reflect the relationship between Margot an Daniel, it was eerily quiet, awkward and just felt out of place. There were definitely some funny cute moments between Seth Rogan and Michelle Williams character and the best laugh came from seeing the Rogan photoshopped chicken cookbook but overall not enough laughs to save it.
The story seemed all over and awkwardly placed with its pacing whether it was the marriage, Daniel or Sarah Silverman's character's alcoholism. It was a good attempt at a topic that is starting to lose its originality but it is not one to stand out among the many.
