What's the point? That's what I was asking myself continuously throughout the viewing of this film. It just seemed so... Unimpressive and low key. Take Me Home Tonight failed in the biggest criteria I look at in movies. They failed to make me WANT to continue watching it.
From the very start, it fails to pull you in and make you care about what is happening. The script, the characters, and the acting were all equally boring. The only thing I had to look forward to was the soundtrack, and which song would be featured next.
