Review of Take Me Home Tonight (2011) by Brandon D — 24 Jul 2011
Pretty funny. Nice to see Topher Grace actually doing something....but he's basically just Eric Forman in the 80s, thats not a bad thing, but its expected. Also, this movie takes place in the 80s, but they were listening to NWA, this movie takes place in 1986.
...NWA didn't release their first album til 88. I love how retro based movies get shit wrong all the time, like Hot Tub Time Machine did. All this stuff aside, it was amusing, entertaining, and it was nice to see Chris Pratt from Parks and Rec in a bigger role.
One last thing....if this movie would have had a cameo by Eddie Money, I would have forgot about the prior complaints. And "Take Me Home Tonight" is only in the menu....which is odd.
