Review of Tai Chi Zero (2012) by Ws W — 20 Oct 2012
At times this crazy mix of martial arts, manga, and steampunk tries too hard, but at other times it entertains. It needed more one-on-one martial arts fights, and less Scott Pilgrim vs the World insert jokes.
The main guy Lu Chan is shafted by a villain's subplot, and when the movie ends is when you hope its about to get started. Hopefully there will be tons of fighting in the sequel.
