Review of Tag (2018) by Anthony K — 22 Jun 2018
Perfectly enjoyable comedy weighed down by some repulsive characters (looking at you Nick Miller) and suspension-of-disbelief busting gags that render it more stupid than it needed to be. Still, there are certainly laughs to be had, especially if you're pounding a few brewskis during the brisk runtime.
Hannibal Burress is, as expected, a highlight (how many wines have you had? I dunno...how many legs do an octopus have?), but Annabelle Wallis probably shouldn't have even been present. Isla Fisher is great, as always, and Jon Hamm once again gets to flex his substantial comedic chops.
Not bad out of ten.
