Tag is like a lot of mainstream comedies, very uneven and ultimately not very satisfying. It has a great cast and there are some funny moments but in the end it just doesn't hang together. Maybe because the story of grown men playing a life long game of Tag just isn't very interesting.
At the end of the film I found out it is based on a true story. Sadly that didn't really help.
