Review of Tadpole (2002) by Hugo F — 29 Mar 2008
Suave as Max Fischer but might actually attend La Sorbonne in the real universe but Oscar doesn't hold a candle to Mr. Fischer. I guess this isn't all it could crack up to be, the conflicts are resolved over quick coffee and cab rides.
perhaps if he wasn't wearing that fancy blazer with the crest on it and was instead saying things like "Fuck you dad" in a trailer park somewhere instead of oozing charm I would not be saying anything.
Or maybe I would. But, he is all dressed up and he is mingling on the classy side of New York, although his life is a little bit messier than Park Avenue. Good thing he is bilingual allowing him to be driven by passion on the one hand and common sense on the other.
