To be honest, I expected utter crap but it was actually pretty entertaining. Routh does a good job, although I would say he's guilty of overacting in a few scenes.
Sophia Bush...wow. I've never seen One Tree Hill but man is this woman beautiful. She may be an automatic Top Five for me.
I'd recommend it as a rental, especially for anyone who's ever had a crazy roommate. Nice to see Brandon in a leading role again and in a comedy.
I'd say three stars and for a direct to DVD movie, that's not bad.
