I was not expecting much when it came time to watch this one but was completely immersed in the experience. Compassion, joy, sadness, excitement and other emotions, including love are all called forth within minutes of each other; there are so many important life lessons to be reminded of (which I won't go into right now for fear of spoiling the movie in any way).

By the end of it, there were tears in my eyes. I don't understand the low ratings that this movie has received as it was well written and executed. I did not expect it to be a "gem" but I'm glad I took the chance on it.
