Review of Table 19 (2017) by Steve S — 17 Jun 2017
Sort of a "My Best Friend's Wedding" meets "The Breakfast Club" . As anyone can guess, it is an awkward blend. The biggest problem with it is its set-up. The audience has to buy into the premise that a wedding couple would invite a group pf friends they don't like and have them all share a table.
The misfit group clicks occasionally, but not enough to make you forgive the films plot holes.
