Certainly a very frustrating film. I had really been looking forward to seeing it, but I think much of the idea behind it was really lost from every little idea being over-amplified. In trying to be overly â??cleverâ?? I think that Kaufman ultimately missed the mark completely.
Phillip Seymour Hoffman puts in a brilliant performance however, itâ??s just a shame that most of it doesnâ??t end up making much sense due to the over-direction.
