Review of Synecdoche, New York (2008) by Mauricio A — 09 Apr 2015
Honestly I'm not sure if I loved or hated this. While mad genius Charlie Kaufman's meta existentialism usually has some sort of feeling of forward propulsion, this one feels like a boa constrictor strangling itself to death.
There's something brilliant about that. But do I like it? Does anyone care?
