Review of Synecdoche, New York (2008) by Shawn E — 04 Sep 2011
Has its head so far up its own ass that it fails to see the big picture. It's muddled, pretentious, and, at times, intriguing, but that intrigue doesn't make it particularly interesting. Many props to Mr.
Hoffman and Ms. Morton for bringing some humanity to the cold, calculated affair.
