Review of Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002) by John T — 09 Jul 2008
Chan-wook Park makes me laugh, because every single person in this film is a victim. The redeemable characters, although few in number, aren't spared, nor are the anti-hero protagonists. It's up to you who you find sympathy (no pun intended) for, if you can find anyone at all.
Good ride, but I do prefer Oldboy.
