Kind of frustrating. I think a good movie is in here somewhere amidst the stupidity and nonsense. There is an attempt at cleverness and originality, some impressive action scenes, Halle Berry's breasts, and a rather atypical ending.
Ultimately there is not enough good to outweigh the bad, but it's close.
