Review of Swiss Army Man (2016) by Steven C — 09 Nov 2016
Daniel Radcliffe plays a great corpse. Trapped on an island, a suicidal man named Hank finds a flatulent corpse played by Daniel Radcliffe on the beach and rides him like a jetski powered by farts to the mainland.
As Hank is trying to find people on the mainland, he continues his existential crisis with the corpse that is coming somewhat to life. Hank named the corpse Manny and through talking with Manny, Hank faces his own problems of loneliness and the need for companionship.
S.A.M has great themes yet they display them in unconventional ways which might make many viewers outright hate this movie.
