Review of Swingers (2009) by Tom J — 25 Nov 2008
This movie is so money--and it knows it! This is one of the few male bonding movies I have seen in which there is true male bonding where Trent (Vince Vaughn) and his entourage try to get Mike (Jon Favreau) laid so he can forget about his boyfriend.
The dialogue in the movie is sharp and believable. You can imagine guys sitting around a cafe table talking like these guys. Roy Livingston is also grat as Mike's other friend who left New York for L.
A. and sees playing the Goofy at Disneyland as a career advancement.
