Costner almost starts to revive his career with this one. costner plays a lovable easy going bum who has a sweet daughter to take care of. sad moments in places and laugh out loud jokes in other parts.
swing vote concentrates on this loser's rise to fame by becoming the deciding voter in a presidential election, the swing vote! a bit lengthy but enjoyable none the less.
