Well, the passable lead and cute girlfriend earn this just a notch above bare minimum. May I just ask, what kind of asshole incompetent cop sits in the back of the car with his sidearm unbuckled, safety off, next to a suspect with her hands cuffed in front, and no safety glass anywhere?
