Review of Swept Away (2002) by Bellaray ? — 18 Aug 2007
Everyone shit on this movie before even watching it. I watched almost every Madonna movie and this was the only one I thought she had acting skills. This movie was a look at a relationship between two cultures (rich & super poor) who are stuck in the same predicament - stranded on an island.
Not the happy ending everyone expects, rather it had one which would be expected in real life. Excellent.
