It's a shame that Madonna's acting will never measure up to her fitness level. The original of this was fun to watch as a pre-teen boy on HBO. However, this version is poisoned by Madonna's inability to convince us of anything, and by the ridiculous idea that with $200 GPS systems, there is still a place in the Mediterranean where anyone could be lost for a few months.
