Review of Sweetie (1923) by Lindsay B — 25 Jan 2009
So painfully awkward at times, but worth it to get inside the family. The cinematography, while not something I usually note, was brilliant and poetic here. Each scene truely was a chapter of some great novel.
Filled with despair and nothing but honesty, I found it impossible not to remember a time in my life that I had felt like one of these characters.
