Van Peebles rejects the "yes suh" Hollywood caricature and replaces it with that of a dick swinging cop killer. Essentially one distended chase scene occasionally interrupted by sex and altercations with the cops, this grindingly dull movie looks like it was filmed by a child and edited by a madman.
