Review of Sweet Land (2005) by Jen N — 27 Sep 2007
I really like this movie (and parts were filmed not too far from where I grew up...Yeah rural MN!). By the end you feel as if you'd just sat down for a cup of tea with an old friend. The story is realistic and charming, but be warned that those who are used to the film industry's reliance on special effects and unrealistic situations may have trouble sitting through this film.
