Review of Sweet Home Alabama (2002) by Ronald S — 01 Jan 2010
This is the funnest and Romantic film that Reese Witherspoon has done soo far. As the title says "Sweet Home Alabama" most of the time these actoreds have vey good southen actents and good history on the state of Alabama in the US. Made on a Budget of $38,000,000 and grossed on $180,622,424 and more on DVD sales and rents which is pretty damm good.
This film is showing that reese role is trying to break-up from here Alabama husdand which she going to get married to her north american boy but can't until she gets a divorce of her Alabama husband (Which is here childhood Alabama sweethearts), also this film is really on a comedy/Love triangle element. reese roles as she becomes a famous fashion designer and she has to tell her parents she getting married to a new yorker, but along the way she finds love and is sweet, heart-warming and funny.
Soo This film is pretty decent and is a great Romance/Comedy with great acting by Jean Smart, Mary Kay Place ,Fred Ward, Ethan Embry, Candice Bergen, Patrick Dempsey, Josh Lucas & Reese Witherspoon. They had terffic South muisc for the film and te people who lived in alabama in the film had perfect southern actents, love the hit scence in the film and that dog was cute while here ever that died made me cry when she talked about missin him.
Overall a very, very good film with a fantaisc cast and a great element on the comedy and Romance in the film and proble the best film of 2002. Worth a watch for people who love comedy and Romance a styish and good plot/storyline film, the story of the film is the best southern film made and is enjoybel.
