Sweet and Lowdown is another gem from Woody Allen. Sean Penn and Uma Thurman star in this comedy about a famous jazz musician and his crazy marital and professional life. Sean Penn is outstandingly awsome in this movie.
The movie is Woody Allen's best in a long time. Allen has a passion for jazz that shines in the film. Plus the always great Sean Penn but even he gets the movie stolen from his by the underrated Samantha Morton who doesn't talk in the entire movie but displays her charecter with such heart.
A underrated classic that is one of Woody Allen's best. a good movie.
