SPOILERS IN THIS REVIEW. Done with highly detailed artistry, unfortunately for me personally I was neither able to connect with the characters nor feel the full impact of the tragedy of the story. I felt it could have used more heart, especially regarding Lovett's relationship with Toby, and Todd's realization of what he'd done at the end, and the meaninglessness of the way he'd done it.
It all felt rushed in the end until the last moment. All in all, very well done film and I do appreciate the production quality and care, just a bit monotonal emotionally.
