Review of Swamp Thing (1982) by Robert W — 06 Jul 2009
Extremely enjoyable, yet overly tacky, comic book horror. The hero is something of an amusement, while the plot takes some unusual and ridiculous turns. The whole thing doesn't lend itself to the work of Alan Moore, but it does attain a presence as one of the first attempts to adapt his work to the screen.
