Review of Suspiria (1977) by Earl H — 09 Aug 2009
Classical 70's horror flick but different than all others. What truly stands out with David Argento's Suspiria is the colors. Lots of red, truly clear, even for an old flick. The first murder is simply crutal, one of the most graphic in movie history.
The story itself holds well and you cannot wait to see what will happen of the heroine. The end is given to you quickly when everything unfolds in the last minutes of the film. Very good.
